Resetting your password

 

 

 

If you change your password you must immediately update any of your mobile devices connected to the network, e.g. to use WiFi or to access email. If you don’t do this your device may try to connect to the system automatically and after three times and you will be locked out. If your account is locked, Library staff can unlock it again for you or you can wait 15 minutes and try again.

If no available staff in libraries please telephone IT Helpdesk on 0161 674 3333 and choose option 3
