Search the Library Catalogue to find the books, eBooks and DVDs you need to succeed on your course. You can also use the catalogue to check your library account and renew your books from home.
Search the Catalogue from the Quick Links menu on the library website, or wherever you see the search tool.
Enter your keywords into the search bar and click "Search". A keyword search is useful if you are browsing for resources on a topic and want to see what is available.
Title / author search:
Click "Search Options" in the top-left and select Title/Author. This allows you to search by the title or author of a book. The Title/Author search is ideal if you know exactly what you are looking for, for example if you have a reading list from your tutor.
Use the filters on the left-hand side of the Catalogue to narrow down your results, then click "Search".
Format - Select what kind of resource you are looking for. For example, if you only want to see books, check "Books".
Publication date - Select a publication date range to help narrow down your results. This is helpful if you are looking for the most up-to-date information or a particular edition of a book.
Copy location - Select your campus library to only display resources available at your location. If you are searching for eBooks, leave the copy location blank.
