Printing Guide: How to Photocopy & Scan

Photocopying & Scanning

If the printer goes straight to the print screen when you log on, press the Back button at the bottom to copy or scan.

Photocopying

Load the document you want to photocopy in the top tray, face up - remove any staples from the document.

On the photocopy screen, select any options you may want for double-sided copying or colour copying, apply these settings and then press the big green button on the bottom right of the printer interface.

 

Approach the library desk if you have any issues.

Xerox Printer

Press the highlighted green button to start your copying or scanning

Scanning

Load the document you want to scan in the top tray, face up - remove any staples from the document.

On the Email screen, select any options you may want for double-sided scanning or colour scanning, apply these settings and then press the big green button on the bottom right of the printer interface.

 

Approach the library desk if you have any issues.
