You can reset your password while logged into a college computer by using Ctrl-Alt-Delete and then Change Password.
You can also change your password at the library desk or by calling us.
If you change your password you must immediately update any mobile devices you have connected to the network, e.g. to use WiFi or to access email. If you don’t do this your device may try to connect to the system automatically and after three times and you will be locked out.
If your account is locked, Library staff can unlock it again for you.
If you have forgotten your password you can ask to reset it at the library desk or by calling us.
You will need to have your student ID card ready.
Staff will need to reset forgotten passwords by contacting IT Helpdesk.
